Phoolan Devi Banogi Tum - written and performed by Neetu Singh - From the landscapes of Chambal, the performance follows the protagonist as she pursues her dreams of becoming an independent journalist in the city.
Delighted to continue curating and hosting cultural events that initiate conversations and action. Tuesday night saw people from media, education, science, health, arts and tech converging Under the Raintree for an intimate session. The event was a powerful one-woman performance by multiple award-winning journalist Neetu Singh, who hosts the pathbreaking YouTube channel 'Shades of Rural India.' The intensely moving autobiographical performance was an eye-opener and reminder of the inequalities still around us, and the brave people who continue to battle against all odds.
